Hello all,

Before filling in the usual stuff I would like to tell something about myself. Peaglesix is the name, I'm a lvl 80 holy human priest which is looking for some more raid adventures! I'm playing WoW for about 3 years now I guess and I'm still enjoying the game
Most of the time I play PvE but for a little change I do some pvp on my rogue from time to time. Below is my factsheet.

2. What do you expect from our guild?
I'm looking for a friendly environment in which people are willing to help each other and have some fun together. (kinda cliche isn't it? )
But above all I'm looking for some more raiding. In my current guild we raid from time to time on a very casual basis and we don't make any progress. I feel like seeing some more raid material and I think my priest is ready for Naxx 25 runs. I've seen all Naxx 10 bosses on this char, the only thing is I've never downed Kel. The bugger

3. What guilds were you in before and how come you left them?
My current guild is Teldrassil, a small but very friendly guild, I've made loads of friends in there. But I do wanna participate in some more raids, thats why I'm making this post.
Furthermore I've been in some old guilds like the 'Legion of medb' and 'Divine' but after all they didn't offer more than Teldrassil.

4. How much would you participate in our Guild Raids?
At this moment I would like to participate in 1 or 2 raid nights, due to my work I can't offer you guys nights on which I would certainly attend. And ofcourse wiping isn't a problem, practice makes perfect!

Raid setup
The 10-man version

A Naxxramas-geared group should do fine with 2 tanks, 3 healers and 5 damage dealers. With better gear a healer might be replaced by a damage dealer.
For some encounters a tank or healer might switch to damage spec. A good example of this is Hodir, where one frost resistance feral druid can tank both phases of the encounter.

The 25-man version

Nearly full Naxxramas 25/Malygos 25 gear is highly reccomended to start and absolutely required for the later encounters. Expect most encounters to require 6-7 healers for new groups. Three tanks are required for many of the encounters and some such as Thorim even benefit from a fourth tank.

We have 1st boss in ulduar on "farm" so wont get into tact on him.

Ignis the Furnace Master is the second boss encounter in Ulduar and can be found in the Colossal Forge.

General abilities
When he parries, he will not melee faster.
Activates a construct every 40 seconds in normal, and every 30 seconds in heroic.

Well guess we could try to get it up and running,, can come on mage or shaman healer. dont mind as long as it will help the guild. As long as we also help out with naxx raids to help ppl gear up. and at one point start to replace ppl as am sure we will.

Q: Do i need the addon to join raids?

A: You dont need it to join the raids. But i do recoment to get the addon cos you can see your and everyone else PR rating in the raid and in the guild and compare it with all the ppl in the raid or guild.

Q: How do i see my PR rating?

A: You can see it in 2 ways. One way of checking your PR rating is to check the officer note in the guildtab and clicking your name. There you have 2 numbers. number 1 is your EP and number 2 is your GP. you only have to divine number 1 by number 2. Example: 1000/50 = 20 PR.

The second way of checking your PR rating is to download the addon and type /epgp. you will see a popup and see all the PR ratings in the guild or if you are in a raid only the raidmembers.

Purpose
Provide a fair way to distribute loot based on specific and transparent criteria. Some features of the EPGP system:

*Share loot based on participation
*Eliminate incentives to horde or compete with other members
*Reward good etiquette in raids and in the guild
*Reward boss kills, even if loot is disenchanted
*Encourage attempts through all the wipes for new bosses

What Is EPGP?
It is a way to distribute items in 10/25-man instances based on a "Priority" system. When items drop, each item is given to the bidding player of proper class and spec with the highest Priority. There are no rolls and there is no DKP to "spend", although your Priority functions similarly to the way DKP does in a fixed-price system (person with the most gets the item).

EPGP means Effort Points (EP) / Gear Points (GP). EP is awarded for your actions and increases your Priority. GP is the value of the loot you've won and reduces your Priority. Your Priority is your EP divided by your GP, so when your EP goes up, your Priority goes up and when your GP goes up, your Priority goes down.

Unlike the DKP systems in which you "bank" points and spend them on gear, you instead have two running totals -- EP and GP -- that both go up. Because Priority is a ratio of the two numbers instead of subtracting one from the other, EP is not tied to gear values and can be awarded for anything you do that the guild values.

GP is the simplest part of the system. Every item's GP is calculated from its item level and slot. The EPGP Wiki explains the formula to calculate GP. The EPGP addon will show you the GP value of any item in-game so you can see the GP of your own gear, gear in AH, other player's gear, and gear that drops off bosses.

EP is awarded as "Earned EP" during raids and as "Bonus EP" for other actions you take. The types of EP awarded and their relative values are set by our officers based on guild priorities. Obviously downing bosses earns EP, however not all bosses are equal. New bosses earn more EP than farmed bosses.

Penalty EP Description

Leave early = -30 Leave a raid early while actively raiding, without prior arrangement with RL. (Can be waived for good reason.)

AFKs = -30 AFKs for an extended period over 15 mins or without prior notice to the RL. (Can be waived for good reason.)

No-show = -70 No show for raids twice in a two week period, with no message in C&A both times. (Can be waived for good reason.)

GP Values
Normal “need” gear = Item tooltip value
This value is determined based on the item level and slot value in a formula not worth mentioning…

10% of GP value

Bidding
In order to get an item, a request will come from the lootmaster to link in raid concerning the item listed. If you are interested in the item, link the item you want and the item in question in raid, in which people will be compared by priority level verses other people who requested the item. The person with the highest priority will be rewarded the item. Be sure to link no matter what, it makes it a lot easier, so if its an upgrade, by all means link in raid.

Min EP Requirements
We’ve set up a minimal bid requirement in which a person needs to have at least 1500 EP in order to have priority. 1500 EP is about one week worth of raiding, not hard to do and maintain. The purpose of min EP is to make sure people keep up raiding and maintain their EP (EP decays at 5% per week) and to prevent high priority for new members without some initial effort. We are not trying to prevent anyone from getting gear, its all a matter of checks and balances.

Magtheridon's Lair

For the main strategy guide, see Magtheridon (tactics).
Magtheridon's Lair is a raid wing of the Hellfire Citadel dungeon in Outland where you fight the brutish pit lord Magtheridon himself. You can find the entrance to Magtheridon's Lair on the very bottom of the western side of the Citadel (opposite side from the other 3 entrances). It is a quick raid encounter (like Onyxia's Lair, which contains four "guard mobs" before the boss encounter, Onyxia).

Players can get a preview of Magtheridon by doing the Blood Furnace instance. He is being held captive underneath the room where you fight Keli'dan the Breaker.

Attunement
You do not need a key to enter Magtheridon's Lair. It is possible to zone in provided you are level 65 and are in a raid group.

Trash mobs

Hellfire Warders - Come in groups of 3. One group patrols. 4 groups total. They are immune to Silence effects and all forms of CC, including stuns. They have several spell damage abilities:

Basic Melee - These melee for around 7.5k on cloth, 2-4k on plate.
Shadow Bolt Volley - Hits everyone in range for ~2k shadow damage. Must be interrupted by mages/shamans, rogues will get feared too much to be reliable here.

Shadow Word: Pain - Ticks for 500 per 3 sec and lasts 18 seconds.
Unstable Affliction - Ticks for ~500 and deals 4500 damage if dispelled. It can crit for ~7k (as its considered to be a player damaging you, not the mob) so be careful not to dispel it.

Rain of Fire - Ticks for 1900 every 2 seconds. This is the most dangerous spell and is instant cast and cannot be interrupted, so raid members must run out of it.

Death Coil - Seems to target the 2nd closest person to the the warder. Deals 2k and lasts 3 seconds.

Fear - Lasts 8 seconds, cannot be dispelled. Tremor totem will work.
Shadow Burst - Deals 2k damage to the main aggro target, knocks them back and reduces their threat.

You must clear each pack of Warders, or they will aggro when you engage the boss. They can be affected by Curse of Tongues and Mind Numbing Poison.

Note: As of the latest patch, the respawn timer on Hellfire Warder Packs is now 2 hours.
